Do you accept insurance?
I accept several major insurance plans in New York and New Jersey. Please visit my profile page on Headway to see if your insurance is accepted.
Where do you practice?
I am licensed in New York and New Jersey, which allows me to take insurance in those states. I am also credentialed with PSYPACT, which allows me to practice in over 40 out of 50 states via private pay. If you are not located in New York or New Jersey, please click here to see if your state is on the PSYPACT list.
What is your session rate?
Private-pay sessions are $275/hr (50 minutes).
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, I offer teletherapy sessions for your convenience, allowing you to participate in therapy from the comfort of your home.
How long is a typical therapy session?
A typical therapy session lasts 50 minutes, however I can adjust duration of session to accommodate for individual needs, including both session frequency and duration.
What should I expect during my first therapy session?
During the first session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your history, and goals to develop a treatment plan tailored to you.
How many therapy sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies depending on your individual goals and needs. Some clients find benefit in just a few sessions, while others may engage in longer-term therapy.
